Currently Craving: January Picks

Can anyone believe that January is almost over?! This month has gone so fast it's sort of scary. I decided that this year I want to round up my favorite things of the month or what I'm currently dying to buy or just bought and am loving. This will be a new series on Daily Dose of Design on the last Friday of every month! I figured this would be a great way to share what I'm dying to have and also keep track of what I want... kind of like a live, ongoing wishlist! ; ) Let me tell you, it's hard to pick less than a million (sarcastic, kind of) things for a roundup like this but it's worth a shot!

Here's what I'm currently craving:

YSL #43// Tory Burch Clutch// Pink Book Decor// Kendra Scott Bracelet// Passport Holder// Sunglasses// Pore Mask// Contour Kit// Espadrilles// White Scalloped Tee//

YSL #43: this color is brand new from the YSL line and it's called Rose Folk. It's such a pretty peach color and if you have been hesitant to purchase from the YSL lip line, trust me it is worth every penny! I've been eyeing this color since it came out and it's going to be great for Spring.

Tory Burch Clutch: with this pretty coral color, you can't go wrong! If you haven't noticed, I'm waaaay too ready for Spring and warmer months ahead of the freezing temps in New York.

Pink Book Decor: these decorative books come in a ton of colors and well, it looks like I'll be placing a OKL order today! I love the way books can double as decor so obviously finding these was a home run! They're becoming super popular and if you're in the midst of some home cleaning and organizing, these are a great addition for that boring bookshelf that we all have.

Kendra Scott Bracelet: there is no such thing as too much Kendra; this bracelet was a new addition on the Nordstrom site and I may have bought it in two colors! It's so dainty, pretty and can be mixed and matched for a fun arm party. I especially love the way it looks next to this watch!

Passport Holder: I change my passport holder almost as often as I switch out wallets - with passport holders this cute, I can't resist! I've been complimented a few times by TSA on my passport holders and this neon take me away case is cute and affordable. Obsessed!

Sunglasses: these sunnies are only $12 and somewhat resemble the oh-so coveted Dior sunnies like these! I always like to buy a few cheaper pairs of sunglasses too so that if I lose them on a trip or at the beach, it isn't too big of a deal. I love this BP brand so much and the quality is really great too especially for the price.

Pore Mask: trying new face masks and products (and spending all of my Sephora Beauty Insider points in one day) is my favorite thing to do and shop for! I love the Boscia brand of skin products and when I saw this was specifically for your pores I had to try it! This is one the item on the list that I already bought and tried last night. Let me tell you - if you consider buying this, do not even worry about thinking twice! It is so refreshing, not drying and smells amazing. I left it on for about 5 minutes and I really did see a difference in my face! I will be adding this to my nightly skin routine for sure, it's by far my favorite Boscia product!

Contour Kit: if you haven't already heard, the Anastasia Beverly Hills line is becoming very popular and for good reasoning! I saw the display in Sephora about a month ago and ever since then there has been so much hype about it and it seems like these products are really amazing. This contour kit, the dipbrow pomade and the self made palette are on my list! P.S. check out this awesome review by my friend Jasmine of Classy Sassy & A Bit Smartassy of the palette!

Espadrilles: all I can think about is warm weather shoes - as I sit in my fuzzy socks and UGG slippers so my toes don't freeze! Espadrilles are becoming more and more popular and this pair is a little pricey but they are so cute!

White Scalloped Tee: a simple white tee with some added detailing like this one is exactly why I love TopShop! It's simple, cute and can even be worn now with layers.

Some exciting sales to kick start the weekend:
Ann Taylor: 50% off entire purchase in store/online with code PRETTY50
Ulta: get 20% off your purchase in store/online with code 300075
Neiman Marcus Last Call: up to 75% off new arrivals

Happy weekend!!

XOXO

  16. "Currently Craving: January Picks" discusses interesting and new options for the month. As regards topics to explore for research or academic pursuit, Corporate law dissertation topics would be of good depth and diversity. The issues would be quite critical to law in business and, hence, provide the opportunity for great, impactful research.
