Save vs. Splurge: Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Favorites

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is officially opened to the public! So if you don't have a Nordstrom card and have been dying to shop for the past week, your time is NOW! ;) A lot of items (most) have been re-stocked, and I'm even noticing a few things I didn't see before during Early Access. This sale is extremely diverse in its price points, and while the sale is mostly for fall items, there is some great summer finds too. Since the sale is opened to the public and everyone can shop their hearts out, I put together a super fun Nordstrom Sale Save vs. Splurge! All of the "save" items are part of the sale, and some of the splurges are a part of the sale too. So in case you can't decide whether to save some money or splurge on a piece, here you go!

Every time I put together a save vs. splurge, I can't believe some of the similarities I find! Like these stud earrings that are under $30! Granted they aren't real diamonds, but they look gorgeous online and even prettier in person! They're nearly identical to the real, $745.90 pair (this is the sale price) for a fraction of the cost.
This saddle bag and this faux leather jacket are also identical to their pricier equivalent.
If you haven't grabbed these adorable leopard slide loafers yet, do so before they sell out again! They're back in stock in most sizes now, and they are back ordered as of now by a month or two (depending on size) but they're under $60, SO freakin' cute and super similar to the almost $300 Kate Spade pair. The blush aviator sunnies on the more budget friendly side are on sale for $35.90; the similar black QUAY sunnies have been extremely popular, so I'm sure these will sell fairly quickly too! They're extremely similar to the Burberry aviators that are also a part of the Nordstrom sale, but still over $200 with the sale price. They're SO cute and a perfect splurge piece, but if you don't want to spend a fortune (we all know how I feel about having some cheaper pairs of sunnies for trips, etc!) the QUAY aviators are a great pick!
I couldn't stand how pretty this gold bar cart was when I saw it in the store last week! It's $149.90 and even after the sale it's still affordable! It's a GREAT size and I just love the shape! I know the 'splurge' bar cart isn't exactly identical, but it's super similar and it's over $1,000! It just goes to show how pricey these can be and what a great price the Nordstrom version is.
