Currently Craving: February Buys to Get Ready for Spring

Raise your hand if you're ssoooo over winter! I couldn't take the cold temperatures any longer so I escaped to spend some time in Florida and it's been heavenly! I love the daily 80 degree temps, endless sunshine and wearing sandals in February. ;) I know I've had spring fever for quite a while now, including on last month's Currently Craving also but I just can't help it! Here's everything I've loved/bought or is on my wishlist from this month - everything from cute spring shoes, to my current favorite snack to trendy buys for the new season:

1. Rose Gold Nike Sneakers: I didn't know it was possible to be in love with a pair of sneakers. These have taken the cake though - I am obsessed!! They come in so many beautiful colors and I know the Metcon's are meant for training, but wearing these because they're adorable (and seriously comfortable and have great arch support) is acceptable if you ask me. ;) They're pricey, but worth every penny.

2. Embroidered Clutch/Crossbody: this is the perfect statement-making bag for spring! Especially with white and it's only $38!

3. Floral iPhone Case: I'm not one to change my phone case very often, but when Kate Spade comes out with a cute new case like this one I can't resist!

4. Ole Henriksen Perfecting Moisturizer: I got this moisturizer to try before heading down to Florida; between the toll the cold NY weather has taken on my skin, to knowing I'd need something heavy duty after spending time in the sun, I decided to try this on the whim. I was picking a few other things up at Sephora and they had a display of this moisturizer near the checkout (they get you EVERY TIME doing that!) and I'm so glad I did because I love it! It's extremely rich and hydrating and I love the packaging. Highly recommend - it's light but very moisturizing.

5. Pearl Embellished Crop Jeans: never have I ever... Met a pearl embellished anything I didn't love! Ugh these are so cute and the high-low hem makes them even cuter! They fit TTS and they're $44!

6. Decorative Storage Basket: in an effort to de-clutter, clean and organize, I got two of these cute bins to keep my "etc" in - get it? Ha! It doesn't really have a category because it's completely random things that I don't want all over my closet floor, but also have no other room for. These are a cute solution and they're super inexpensive and would also be great for storing throw blankets in!

7. 'Ciao Bella' Espadrilles: when I put together my must-have spring shoes (stay tuned!) list these will most definitely be making the cut! They're trendy but they're too cute to pass up, and you better believe I'll be bringing them to Italy this summer. ;)

8. White Espadrille Wedges: if you're in need of a springy, neutral, comfortable pair of wedges - these are it! They come in a couple different colors but the white's the prettiest IMO and they're kind of high but so comfortable!

9. Skippy Peanut Butter Bites: if you need a snack and don't mind if it isn't necessarily the healthiest... HA you need to try these!! They're delicious and while it'd be much healthier to have a piece of fruit, sometimes something like this is just so necessary! They come in a couple of different flavors - these are the peanut butter pretzel and they are SO DAMN GOOD. I could eat an entire tub of them. Could, but won't. Maybe.

10. Striped Lucite Clutch: I've never been drawn to a clutch like this one before... It's so different than anything I own or usually like, but it is SO cute! I love that it's lucite and the colors are so pretty together - perfect for spring and perfect for a night out!

11. Distressed Denim Jacket: denim jackets are the best spring staple you could ever add to your closet! The distressed hem drew me to this one and being able to dress it up or wear it more casually makes it so versatile.

12. Essie Polish Spring 2018 Collection: this is the resort collection for spring 2018 - these colors are so dreamy!

13. Spinner Luggage: now this is a good deal you guys! This suitcase is 71% off - it was originally $660! It comes in white or black and when I get new luggage, the #1 thing I look for is to see if it's a spinner suitcase. Having luggage that's easy to roll around in the airport makes everything easier!
