The Ultimate Finals Week Must Have Box

This time of year is beyond busy with all of the holiday madness, but it's also a really busy and stressful time for college students. I feel like it was just yesterday that I was getting my semesters-end finals schedule and worrying about tests, papers and getting it all done. And I'm beyond thankful that all of that is behind me, hah! Now that my sister is in college and I see her prepping for the end-of-semester-push, I'm remembering just how stressful it can be. That made me think to put together this gift box/care package to send to my sister - part essentials and part fun items that she'll love and will put a smile on her face during a stressful time of the school year! I thought of this in a couple of parts: food/things she loves, important "extras", like extra pens for tests and a box of tea bags (cold weather + late nights studying = not fun), a few cozy items so when she does get a minute to relax she can and some other things that'll be useful any time of semester/year but especially now.

Sheet masks are a great idea because they're mess-free and easy to use just about whenever. The Hyaluronic Acid Gel Sheet Face Mask is one of my favorites for hydration - it feels SO good when it's on your face! And the Avocado Sheet Mask is extremely nourishing and great for tired, dry/dull skin. Aquaphor is another skincare must this time of year and a great addition to a box of goodies like this.

Let me just say, if you haven't tried these Hot Cocoa Hershey Kisses yet, you need to. They are EVERYTHING I'd hoped for and more! I added these in along with the Chocolate Covered Pretzels (that have peanut butter in them - another must try for all of my fellow foodies) and a few cans of San Pellegrino because they're some of my sister's favorites but adding in some snacks - a mix of healthy (KIND Bars) and their favorite things just-because - are exactly what college students need this time of year!

I added in a Starbucks Gift Card too so that she can go and buy coffee/tea - some other useful gift card ideas for a box like this are ones like Dunkin', iTunes, Panera (or any easy/to-go restaurants on or near their campus), Amazon, etc.

These are SO fun to pick things out for, put together and send to your sibling/child/friend and it's something that they'll love and will add a little fun to their busy, stressful school days this time of year. I always loved taking a break from studying or happily closing my laptop for 5 minutes during finals weeks in college! ;) Another way to go about putting one of these care packages together is think of some of the essentials that they'll have to buy in the next few weeks before the semester ends - whatever those things may be, include them so they have one less thing to worry about and one less thing to buy themselves.
